You can either increase your uGridsToLoad [very unstable, would not go for this, can corrupt your save], or apply this fix.

EDIT #1: this problem does not come from the mod you install, but from the "limitation" of the engine.

EDIT #2: CuttingRoomFloor shouldn't be so low in your load order ! You should read this before adding more mods to your collection !
