Chewbear67
I am at a complete loss here. I've been trying so hard to make a follower npc with custom dialogue. I've tried custom races, factions, quests and all. I made sure the audio files had the right names and directories, 64 kbps with mono type (both wav and mp3) but nothing's working! If you know how I can fix this please feel free to comment. If you'd rather make it yourself and receive the audio files from me I can give you my email. DKZZ2
I'm not an expert in this, but there seems to be a voice and lip movement must be done in the old editor, however this structure is exactly working ... http://jpegshare.net/thumbs/4b/77/4b77a942c2a50904fa8435444fdb1cc9.jpg tutor (RUS) :)http://tiarum.com/wiki/Fallout3:%D0%A0%D1%83%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B2%D0%BE_%D0%BF%D0%BE_%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%B7%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%8E_Lip-%D1%84%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2
glowplug
The Construction Set Extender (CSE) by ShadeMe will do the lip files without you having to waste time making wav copies. The difference between using CS to CSE is...ahh... This is copy/paste from a TES Alliance post if I remember but it was years ago... For Voice.MP3 files it the settings are :Bitrate: 64 kBits/sChannels: 1 (Mono)sampling: 44 kHzFor Music.MP3 files it the settings are :Bitrate: 192 kBits/sChannels: 2 (Stereo)Sampling: 44 kHzFor Sound.WAV files it the settings are :Bitrate: Variable / FloatSample Size: 44 kHzChannels: 1 (Mono)Sampling: 44 kHzFormat: PCM
glowplug
The other things the poster mentioned was about Audacity - Stereo, Constant Bit Rate and again 64 kbit/sec.I think I had to set same first export on WavePad as I use either for different outcomes.
