[LE] Need advice on adjusting custom follower proportions in Creation Kit

So I'm trying my hand at making one of my characters into a follower for screenarchery purposes. So far I've successfully made one who is completely normal in size and height.

Now though, I intend to make one of my other characters who is a rather short statured girl into a character.

As I understand, it's possible to scale down an NPC's height in the creation kit easily as long as you can get the proper value correct.

I want a bit more than that though, as scaling down the height reduces the size of the entire model, effectively making them look like a miniature human.

Anyone can give me some advice on whether or not it's possible to adjust my follower's head size independently from her body so I can get a more adolescent look? Kind of like how it would work in ECE(which is what I use in-game).

Any help is appreciated. :)

You can't do that in the CK. You can create a unique head mesh that's larger - which might be possible if you enlarge the mesh in ECE and export it, then use Nif Merge to overwrite your facegen mesh - or you can make a custom race with a unique skeleton and scale up the skeleton's head node.
