Date doesn't display properly in Pip-Boy

One of my mods is causing a weird but harmless glitch. The in-game date does not display properly, either in the Pip-Boy or the rest / wait window. After December had passed, the month started to read "13" instead of "01" for January.

My mod list currently is:

The only new ones since my last game, and when I started noticing this glitch, are Mission Mojave and Max Level 255. I suspect the latter may be responsible, since that's the only mod that involves altering a numerical limit, so it may prevent the date from resetting to "01" but I have no way of knowing this. I'm not using the version for Project Nevada because I'm not using Project Nevada itself.

Has this happened to anyone else?
