The in-game date does not display properly, either in the Pip-Boy or the rest / wait window. After December had passed, the month started to read "13" instead of "01" for January. I suspect the latter may be responsible, since that's the only mod that involves altering a numerical limit, so it may prevent the date from resetting to "01" but I have no way of knowing this.
