What mods make skyrim fun to play?

So im sure that im probably in the same situation as most of you in that, ive spent more time modding the game than actually playing it. After countless hours ive finally "finished" how i want my game to look and feel. However ive come to a point where i actually have to start playing the game. Ive done a full playthrough on ps4 (yea i know i was a console pleb but now ill never go back to that) and so i really dont want to do the full story again. Are there any mods out there that are not story-driven but make the game fun to play? I was thinking about the campfire survival game but just wanted some feedback on other mods that might be fun to use.

Interesting NPCs. You get some cool followers and quests from that.

Bandoliers, that extra and immersive storage is super helpful.
Skyrim Community College. I liked that I didn't need to hunt down trainers and if you decide to use it, don't read the books until AFTER you train yourself up through the trainers.

Vampre lord and werewolf looting. So you can loot when transformed.

How you play the game matters too.
Do you just rush throughthe main quests or do you work through all the side quests too. Are you a dark brotherhood type of guy, or an Imperial soldier type.

Skyrim can be great fun just roaming around in for a long long time before you have been and seen everything. Beyond Skyrim- Bruma is an excellent addition, as is the following: Darkend, Clockwork, Forgotten Dungeons, Skyrim Underground, Malog Bals Inferno, All of those will give countless hours of fun and games. also Immersive Wenches with Hateful Wenches will give you extreme battle challenges in Draugr Crypts. (loads of fun!). could list more but these are exceptional mods.

But seriously, I am not sure what You are looking for. If You want to change Skyrim into Dark Souls there is video about it. If You want to change Skyrim into survival game there are videos about it.

For me personally I like the "small" addition to game like Ultimate dragons, Wildcat, perks overhauls, new lorefriendly enemies and all that. Can't play Bethesda game without checking nexus first as some things should be in game(like crafting legendary gear in Fallout 4).

I also highly recommend Wet and Cold mod
