kbutt16
Well as most people are familiar with Game of Thrones they would know that faceless men are a group of assassin's that disguise as other people. Now I think it'd be a cool idea to recreate this in Skyrim. I would create this myself but I'm not to familiar with nodding. The idea is to create a perk in the sneak skill tree called doppelganger or something like that. The perk description would be, if a humanoid is killed with a back-stab in one shot you take on their form. The way I think this would work is when the NPC is killed revive (so they are worn like a skin suit) them and then make the player invisible and sync the NPC to their exact or fairly close to their position. Next give the player a huge buff to their sneak so they are completely undetectable while walking around (this is so when walking around as that NPC they are essentially with that faction). Now the player is free to walk among their people. okay so the skin suit would last infinitely but would be deactivated the same as invisibility is and as soon as it does the NPC would die on the spot so the skin suit would just lie on the ground. I think this would be really cool addition to the game, especially for assassin or illusion builds. Also with Skyrim together coming out soon that would make for some interesting roleplaying, you could be a player hired assassin. I suppose also that instead of a perk this could also be a master illusion spell. I'd just like to clarify that I have made this topic before but named it faceless men mod and didn't realise at the time but people probably thought I literally meant a man with no face, when I was actually referring to game of throne.
