LE requesting spell tome and scroll price mod.

i'm playing with a mod called Spell Research which makes it so that learning new spells isn't about buying them but rather learning them through research.

while i like this mod it poses 1 problem. it makes it difficult to get certain specific spells.

what if say i wanted Soul Trap, a vital spell for enchanting? i actually attempted multiple times to get it only to get something else.

i like the idea of getting 1 random spell at a time instead of buying 10 all at once. when i buy a bunch at once it's usually to fill up my list of known spells. only a few of the spells i buy actually end up getting used.

with Spell Research i adapt my play style to the random spells i get. learning how to effectively use the new spell i got before going to learn a new one. again, this becomes inconvenient when i need to learn a specific spell.

 

while the option to buy tomes is still there if i just did that it would make Spell Research rather redundant. so as a solution here's what i came up with. make spell tomes more expensive. like 3x, 5x, 10x more expensive. and maybe make scrolls cheaper so players are more enticed to use them instead of simply using a spell with the same effect.

 

so now you probably get what i'm requesting but i'll say it plainly. i'm requesting a mod that modifies the price of spell tomes and scrolls.

 

 

 

also. before anyone links me to a mod that already does that. the only one i've found doesn't have a patch for Apocalypse.
