Random AF bug/glitch Skyrim

Ok, I NEVER in my life seen this type of glitch before nor ever had it so I have no idea what I did wrong.

Issues:

1.) Cannot use mouse to look up or down

2.) When using mouse-wheel to zoom out the entire screen goes cyan

2a.) When attempting to zoom back in, the screen does not fix itself / go back to normal

3.) I can still access my inventory/all other menus

 

What did I do prior to loading skyrim and experiencing this glitch?
All I did was delete a mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50339/?

 

Did you?...

1.) Use Loot?

- Yes

2.) Use FNIS?

- Yes

I only deleted that mod simply, because I didn't feel like I wanted it anymore. I have had it deactivated for awhile before deciding to finally deleting it. I am pretty sure that this glitch would have occurred regardless. Then again I've been surprised before lol.

This is the first time I am ever experiencing this ordeal. I usually can fix things on my own, but I do ask for input in case I'm just being silly and did an "oh so simple to fix" mistake, however this... I cannot even find anything via google. @.@
I feel like I'm always on here posting about glitches and f-ups... Oh dear... lmfao. Does anyone have any experience with this? Because I never seen this happen, no matter what other games I've played. I feel like at this point the game is trying to tell me that I've been playing too much and need help xD


Edit:
So I used the command player.tc twice and it helps, but it's only a temporary fix because the issue comes back once you load your game back up.

do you have immersive fp mod?

i remember that mod created a similar problem for some people
