bludgeon
grrr.. i can't get the damn weapons to clip in to rack properly, ingame when i activate it displays them horizontal instead of vertical, even tho the activator is vertical :-/ on a side note, i added a second mannequin and game tested without a fresh save.. walked into the house to find it in the hallway.. it turned, LOOKED at me then proceeded to WALK over to its pedestal then stand in place!! BWAWAWA.. so creepy and surreal. After a fresh save it was where it was supposed to be, but now i gotta look twice every time i go past, still don't trust that creepy f***er LOL :-p

bludgeon
according to a comment under that mannequin tute vid you posted Bethesda says the moving mannequins is an ingame glitch. Screw it, i'm removing them, replacing with statues and getting on with my life lol. I'll revisit the issue if and when they patch it.
Tamb0
I solved the problem be making sure that there are no mannequins in the room that you spawn in, or they are not in your line of sight. I noticed this while testing a mod I'm working on (it's huge). To save a bit of time while testing, I placed my COC trigger into the same room. This seems to have caused the mannequins to come alive, as they were still being rendered while I was actually there. Moving the COC trigger to another area. fixed it for me. Give it a try and I hope it solves your problem.
Naok0
Apparently third try is the charm. I recreated the mannequin for the third time, and it works now. Still not sure what the problem was... I'm still having problems removing those other mannequins. I can only see them on my save as I don't know how to COC into a fully furnished house. Is there a way?
Tamb0
The room needs a 'COCmarkerheading' in it, before you can COC directly into it. Check to see if one is there, if it's not, you can add one. One point to note, your save game will save objects. That is why you still have mannequins that you have deleted from the mod.You would need to go back to a save before the mod, then run the new mod to remove them. Another thing I found, if you put armour on the mannequins and save, then move the mannequins in the CK and load your save, the mannequins move but the hollow armour remains where they used to be
