IndorilTheGreat
Short blades, crossbows, medium armor, cloth slots separate from armor slots, daedric armor, architecture, Marara's ring, hunting cliffracers, silt striders, training system, mage guild teleports, normal attractive faces for altmers and nords, daedric wakisashi, exotic environment, well, music and atmosphere too. What I don't miss are netches, ascended sleepers, Caius Cosades and Ranis Athris. I miss the medium armor as well. But you don't miss Caius Cosades?! Why?! He gave you free money... :P I also miss the music. That's why I play Oblivion with Morrowind music! One of the things I DON'T miss, is the Bow and Arrow hit system... P.S. I also miss the ebony and glass mines... They should hang a sign on the door saying, "Get rich quick!" Now I feel like playing Morrowind... Stupid homework... ;)
Sarya
Free money come in many ways, and Caius Cosades is far not the most pleasant one. He just irritates me :)
IndorilTheGreat
I also miss the Ordinator Armor... *Sigh* I have always found it interesting when the Ordinators come after you ONLY when you wear that armor... They don't even give you a chance to go to jail or pay a fine... Man, now I REALLY feel like playing Morrowind... *Sigh* Good times, good times... :D
phillygirl41
I miss, Immersion, I ignored the Main Quest till i thought I was ready for it. In Morrowind Didn't understand Leveled this or that. Until I got to OB. Played the Main Quest early. Geesh silly me! I have played both Main Quests more times then I care to recount. Morrowind's made me feel like I was the Hero. tho I hated the redundancy of the "... you're the Nevarine" VS. the "Hail of the Champion of Cyrodill, Didn't feel like I did anything other than a messenger. cryocry
Everything. Except the random crashes that I seemed to get when I forgot to save after a while.
Thanodai
Phat loot, levitation and the interesting landscape. The artifacts in that game were god like and worth every second of my time to acquire.
Appollo1
I have never played Morrowind being brand new to the series so I will have to pick it up one day when I have some spare cash, is it still being supported by the modding gurus or have they moved onto this one? LOL easiest way is to get off my lazy ass and go look in the forum and d/l area

Alaisiagae
I miss: - the glass armor- the daedric armor- the many, many side quests and guild quests- priced clutter- "seen any elves? Hah, hah." and "Dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt, everywhere dirt"- reputation instead of the black-and-white infamy-fame system- powerful daedric items- cleverly hidden hand-placed loot (very rewarding for characters with high acrobatics), such as in the Howling Halls in SI- more variety in my caves: I like the wooded structures the bandits in TES III made in their caves- NPCs having jobs, and evidence of this in-game: such as the many salt-rice farms, the kwama egg mines, the ebony and glass mines, et cetera- the immersion: daedric lettering on "welcome to [insert town name]", the whole alien atmosphere -- no generic bears, deer, and wolves; instead, there are totally foreign-to-my-knowledge creatures like alit, guar, netch, and scrib. Corn? Tomatoes? How bland! Try Shalk Resin and Comberry.- the enchanting system (multiple effects on apparel)- the music...- Ald'ruhn, Balmora, and Vivec (the city)- logical armor weights (rather than the "if it is better quality, let's make it heavier!" system in Oblivion)- nighteye shader Things I don't miss:- maniplulating and placing objects in game (or rather, the lack of the ability to do so)- the annoying added-to-invetory sound schlopp!- lack of map markers for caves- cliff racers- NPCs falling into the river and drowning- the barter system (it is so inconsistent, and totally buggy for me - the higher my skill, the lower my selling price!)- the dizzying variety of skills to choose from, and beating yourself over the head when you get an awesome short sword but you didn't take short-blade as a major or minor skill, but do have long blade as a major (or minor) skill- the lack of poisons for weapons- the wacky spell casting system- the lockpicking (though I wish, in Oblivion, that it didn't become so easy at higher levels)- non-respawning ingredients, loot, and enemy NPCs- NPC vendors equipping what you sell them. I hated it when the manly orc vendor put on the exquisite skirt I just sold to him.- the stealth system- the inventory system
