CTD as Mods are Loading After New Game Start

My game keeps crashing to desktop shortly after beginning a new game. I have several mods that load some sort of quest or start/load things in the background when the game is first loaded up (such as the Sounds of Skyrim config pop-ups and the Frostfall messages in the top left corner, among others). I think one of these is causing the issue, but I don't know for sure. Any ideas which of the mods it may be? I'd also like some general advice on my load order, though any input would be greatly appreciated. I've attached my load order below.
