Can't Switch Mod Profiles

I made a post on the NMM reddit, but then I saw that it's essentially dead.

TL;DR version:

Attempting to change profiles, with Fo4 or Skyrim LE, does absolutely nothing.

Original post:

Whenever I attempt to switch it uninstalls and then attempts to reinstall one mod, and then stays there until I "end task" it. Which then it'll have that mod disabled.

It's not frozen, I can click cancel but that does nothing either.

If I remove that mod, it'll just to the next mod on the list.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling NMM onto my other HDDs with no luck.

This is a problem because I'm trying to fix some performance issues, and I can't switch to my "bug fixing" profile from my regular one (which has 150+ mods)
