Problem contacting another user

I do not know if this is the correct session. Sorry for anything.
I'm trying to make contact with this guy here.
But I get this error

The following errors were found

The member vivanto cannot receive any new messages

This personal message has not been sent

Probably his box is full.

In this mod

http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43437/?

that are the conditions for use a asset

Use this file as you wish in any mod with some credit, just drop me a pm about it.

How do I proceed in this case?

Thanks :)

Unfortunately, you can't. People come and go from the Nexus all the time. This user was last active 10 Jun 2017. Not that long ago, so it's possible they may come back. But until they do, you don't have permission and can't proceed. If they never come back, the permissions (per the "Perm" tab) remain locked and you still can't use the asset. Nexus has been quite clear on the matter.

The alternative is to develop your own version of the asset in question. If so, consider this lesson when setting your own permissions, both initially and when you decide to drop out of modding.

That's regarding the "asset". If you were to use the "file" in it's entirety, you could get away with credit and an attempt to PM them, because that is how they worded it in the description. The distinction between "asset" (i.e. "mesh/texture") and "file" is important, but the author may have been sloppy in their phrasing. (We'll never know unless they return.)

But that's just my opinion. Give it a couple of days for a Moderator to notice, and PM one (Jokerine seems logical) if they don't comment as well.

In fact I wanted to know how to proceed to contact him and not to use the asset.

But without problems, I've given up using it. Thanks.
