SSE Trouble with Creation Kit SSE. Help Me

Constantly gets Warnings window, which terribly slows down the editor. Window logs errors on almost every action.

CreationKit.ini file has the following settings:

Also are the Strings for the Russian version. All Russian fonts are displayed correctly both in editor and in game.

How to make a window Warings did not appear and has not registered error? Very, very, very (very) much slower. Even on a dual processor system unit with two 22-core Intel Xeon Hasswell-EP from this very quickly starts friezes.

From what I know, this warning box can't actually be disabled. A workaround is if you make the box as small as possible and drag it out from the screen to the side. This will stop it being so noticeable, and since you dragged the box away, it won't pop up on your screen once it triggers.
