SSE Player Owned Store - Looking For A Mod

Hey all. I am looking for a mod that allowed players to own a store. The store was located down the road from Whiterun at that ruined building that has the bed and the chest under the floor boards.

 

However, any working mod that allows the player to own a store WITHOUT being married would work. I need a place to dump all of that loot, and the aforementioned mod was perfect for it. Now I can't find it anywhere and can't remember who made it or what it was called.
