Pleease HELP

(First sorry for my english) My NPCs in Skyrim don't drop weapons and armors, why?? any mod can cause this? .. I use the mod Colorful Magic and i kill the Bosses from mod and don't drop anything .. i don't know why =/ ... Their inventory is always empty.... here my Load order:
