Draugr are stiff, help me please!

So I'm having this experience where not all but some Draugr are appearing stiff in the tombs. When I say stiff I mean they are unarmored, leg and arms don't move, and they just slide around until they are in front of me where they continue to do nothing. I can kill them, but they remain stiff and I can't loot them. It tends to be on Draugr that are already active or patrolling the dungeon. Any draugr that has to stand up or break out of its coffin does not have the bug. Its really making the game not as fun as I want it to be.

To note I also used to have Revenge of the Enemies installed. I uninstalled it due to I was having some weird staggering bug where the enemies would just constantly get staggered off anything I did. Uninstalling Revenge of the Enemies seemed to fix that. I'm still on the same character so could it be not having Revenge of the Enemies installed causing this? Anyway I would like to fix this and not have to start a new game bc I'm fairly invested in this character already. Thanks to anyone who can help me.
