CTD When exiting a dungeon

I have been playing through the game with minimal problems, few CTDS that were fixed by rearranging my load order.

This CTD however is a persistant one, it happens anytime i exit the final dungeon for the "Changing of the guard" Quest for Helgen Reborn.

It's funny because until after i completed the dungeon i had acutally gone out that door before, with no problems. But now it seems i CTD anytime i exit,

 

My PC Specs are as folllows

1050 2GB

Amd FX-8300

15gb RAM

 

My CURRENT load order is attached.
