Game crashes when entering Sanctuary due to size. Any way to reset?

OK, so I did a stupid thing, and I used a transfer blueprint of a Sanctuary that was massive. I figured worst case scenario would be that the game would crash before import was finished. I was wrong. The import went as normal, and there only seemed to be a slight lag. I walked around this massive settlement, looked at everything, and decided it was cool enough to keep. So, I left, did some other quests for a couple of in game days (like recommended) . When I came back to finish Sanctuary quests, the game crashed. It crashes anytime I get near Sanctuary I even coc'd to the root cellar and then left from the ladder.....still crashed.Since I was under impression that everything was good, I recycled all the save slots before that settlement import. I tried 'nuking' the settlement and importing a new one through transfer settlements, but it also crashes as soon as it starts deleting. And I can't get close enough for scrapall to effect it. Any ideas?

The only things that I can think of (unless you can find any console commands) is to disable the mod or download and install one of the mods that clears Sanctuary and mke sure that it's lower in the load order than the mod that's causing the problem. One other thought, does the mod have a holotape that puts the blueprints into slots? If so can you delete that blueprint? Or maybe ask the mod author for help on the mod page.
