Rain is invisible, can't figure this one out.

Hey all, so I'm having an issue where rain is invisible. I can hear it fine, and wet and cold and frostfall react to the rain just fine while it's raining. I'll post my LO below in case anything stands out to any of you. I really appreciate the time and effort if anyone can have a look at it. Perhaps some of you have heard of this issue?
