CTD near College of Winterhold and when loading saves.

I have two issues. I'm getting CTDs when I go near the college of Winterhold, whether via fast travel, or other means. I can get to about the point where I could probably be hit with an arrow fired from the college, but immediately crash to desktop.I can, for example, console warp to The Chill, or fast travel to Riften without issue, it seems to be the College that's causing my problems. I'm also crashing when I remove my character's or any npc's currently equipped torso armor. Gloves, boots, etc. aren't affected by this. Disabling/reabling XMPSSE before I play seems to fix it temporarily, but that's a pain.

 

The thing I don't remember ever seeing before is the fact that I'm getting CTDs when I attempt to load the last (sometimes the last several) saves. I'm thinking that the game crashing may be corrupting my saves somehow? I have autosave on fast travel disabled, I've made a bashed patch and I've cleaned the DLCs in SSEedit. Load order should be good, as I ran everything through LOOT.
