ENB seems way off

Can someone point me to what has been making my game look like absolute ass for the past month?

I have no idea as to what has been making my game look so shitty. My steam has plenty of other screenshots/Examples of what my game looked like.

It's probably something really small and dumb, but I'm honestly stumped. Thanks in advance.

GRAPHICS: GTX 1070 8GB VRAM

RAM: 16GB

It looks like the ENB is missing. Check the info in your NLA mod and make sure the ENB is on in the skyrimprefs.ini as instructed, with whatever version of ENB they recommend.

like, make sure my skyrimprefs.ini is configured right? If that is what you meant, its all there i double checked.

the right skyrimprefs.ini? There's more than one and the page listed which one to make sure was edited. I can't remember which.
