I am new to modding and I am wondering if someone could either direct me to how to make a patch for these city mods to work together or to patch them for me.

I believe together these would make the best windhelm out of the mods there are.

go tes5edit, load all .esp of these mods, select them in left window, r-click - create merged patch

and what with these cities, they don't work together?)
