Backwards Vampirism

What I'm looking for is a overhaul for the Vampirism system, I want it to work kind of backwards so when I feed I have 0 sun damage, 20% weak to fire and +20 skills and attributes and the longer I go without feeding my bonuses get worse, I tried to make it myself but I couldn't figure it out
