help making grafiti

I've made my .dds file but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to use it in nifskope

 

any help would be nice

Do you want to apply in a mesh?

 

Select the block -> select properties in block details => click in BBshader => click in BBshadertextures => click in the purple flower and find your dds file in your computer.
