Wyre bash windows error 5

I attempted to install a mod thru the Installers tab on Wyre Bash today, but ran into this error

I've tried running the program as an administrator, but that hasn't worked. I tried downloading the mod again, that didn't work either. I run Windows 10, and my Oblivion directory isn't in the protected Program Files folder. Really perplexing error, as I'm only trying to install the Equipment Addon for OOO, and everything else up to this point has installed swimmingly. Anybody more familiar with Wyre Bash that can make heads or tails of this?

I got almost exactly the same messages for one specific mod (HUD Status Bars). I have not found yet how I get it nor how to work around it.
