"Add mod from file" NMM issue

So I've been trying to install Aeon ENB, and for that I need "Natural Lighting & Atmosphere".

Here is the tutorial I've been following:

I'm having problems at 6:57 (of the video) where I'm supposed to add the newly compressed Data file to NMM from my desktop.

The first time I did it, it worked, but I "uninstalled and deleted" it on NMM because I wanted to base the file somewhere else than my desktop.

Now, if I try to do it again (no matter where the file is located or what it is named) the attempt fails, and I'm left with a "paused" file download at the Download Manager tab on NMM.

I now have messages of the three archived "NLA (v.2.0)" data folders that failed being "add by file" there, and I've no idea how to make them go away (see attached file - picture, if possible).

 

Can someone tell me why this only worked the first time, and how I can get rid of the "paused" messages in my Download Manager tab?
