Noob mod user and load order

Ok, stuck on what to do here. first mods i downloaded were unofficial skyrim patch, fores idles, and xp32. Then all the rest. My problem is that when i run fnis for users, it doesnt even recognize flower girls. Here are all my plugins in the current load order using loot.

I ran fnis from the right place as an administrator, deleted and downloaded FG twice, and get the same result. Which is this, when I run FNIS....

It was all working fine until I got mod greedy and downloaded AP. Issues started popping up so I deleted that, and eventually removed and re-downloaded all mods. I certainly hope someone can see what the problem is. If more info is needed, let me know and i will provide it. Thanks in advance
