Can't download files for Skyrim from nexus!

I've been having this issue as well...

it appears to be a problem with the webpage and not the download server. I have been able to download mods by copying the manual download link into another tab.

This is what I've been doing. However, this only works as long as the mod doesn't have a prerequisite...

I got this issue quite a few times, and I managed to fix it by removing https:// from the link.

Unfortunately, when I try this, I just get logged out and can't log back in to actually download the mod...

This happened to me as well. Clear your browser cookies (probably just from Nexus is okay, but I just cleared them all so I'm not sure) and it worked fine for me.

Also, if anybody has the extension HTTPS Everywhere installed, add nexus as an exception or it'll just redirect you to https again.

Tried the workarounds listed in this thread (cleared cache/cookies, used http instead of https, no other add on in my Chrome browser, tried other browsers, NMM and MO as well) and still a no go.

Hope someone can help on this, I sorely miss modding/checking the new mods...

I feel you. Didn't work for me either.

As of yesterday I faced with same issue. Impossible to download ANYTHING in ANY way - neither NMM, nor manual.

And it appears on Firefox. Since I use Adblocker, badger and noscript, I browsed through their settings. To no avail.

Tor browser seems to show peculiar result - by entering mod's page address, you get everything normal. At first glance. When download tab is selected - all goes extinct - no links, no pictures, not even options - just E.

But that's, probably, Tor's normal reaction, is it not?

One more interesting fact: Android handles links well. It shows no error whatsoever and downloads are available.

Still, why did this happen? Is it a bug of some sorts or Firefox's new update messed things up?

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for the tip! It's really helpful!

EDIT: It works even with links that require confirmation - that you have required mods installed blah blah blah... All you need to do is hit "Primary text" or "Investigate link" on that green button, copy everything whats in brackets at loadbox('textyouneedtocopy'), paste in address box an' hit Go.

Quite easy. Though annoying.
