ENB and DoF

Hi everyone! I am giving up on trying to fix my little problem with DoF on my own because i think i've tried everything i can so now i want to ask you guys for help!

There are 2 problems (1 of them i think may be not, idk).

First some info of how i got into this situation: I got new computer (With windows 10) at last so i of course went on a small rampage for modding my skyrim out - ENB couldn't hide for long.

Because i've got some problems with installing mods properly few years back and then having to delete some of them or go behind some specific files, i have installed MO (Mod Organizer) to help me. Everything from there i can manage, but if i won't run SKSE from MO then all mods that are installed won't work.

My problem is that no matter which ENB i'll install my DoF or doesn't work at all or works the other way around (Pictures in the link below):

As u can see, in the pictures above the DoF doesn't work at all so i've tried to make it work, i did it or so i thought - pictures below show you how the DoF works now... background is more sharp than my character. It doesn't matter if i look at my character of a wooden pile or any object for that matter - it loses it's "sharpness" instead of being focused on and background softly fading so the effect is kinda "reversed".

It bothers me so much because i can fianlly manage to support nice 2-4k textures, good enb's and stuff with my new computer but can't make any use of it to make beautiful pictures without DoF.

My second problem is that i am unsure if DoF will fix everything - how much the ENB already improved the sights in my game i don't think it looks like the screenshots from the author itself (Yes i installed all the requirements)

ENB is: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41470/?

I have no idea if my problems are ENB specified or they have to do something with a file.

Maybe having Windows 10 or using MO might be a problem?

Can someone please lend me a hand on how to fix my problem/s, please? I can't do it on my own anymore.
