Skyrim: Requiem Load Order Advice

Hi can please someone help me figure this out, this is the load order being created by loot, but I think I read in a requiem forum that it doesn't take into consideration all requiem does, and that it tends to get it wrong.

 

I Can load in game with alternate start, and ill be able to move around and everything, but whenever I leave whatever base I'm starting at, it crashes after like 10 seconds, idk what it is, because ill reload and sometimes it'll take a full minute or two, but whenever I stray to far from wherever I spawned after starting my new game, it'll crash.

 

sorry if confusing, I'm pretty new at this downloading mods, haven't had any issues until requiem, but id really to use get it to work.
