Weird Guard Bug?

[headGRIND]

please help me solve this issue, any kind of help is appreciated, i'm having an issue where guards hold up their shields as if they're holding torches

i'm using SKSE the latest version and NMM to install my mods

also using LOOT to sort and detect any errors, but there is no errors on LOOT,

already updated the FNIS and ran the Dual Sheath Redux patch each time LOOT modify mod order, but no effect. thank you in advance.
