Raise dead then apply a life drain cloak?

I have 2 main questions.

 

Is there a way to apply a spell(fury,life drain cloak) to the target you raised? I've tried to ad the cloak to the raise dead spell but you have to hit the undead again to give them the cloak.

 

And

 

Can you raise a target as undead but them not be your undead? I made a clack that raises corpses but its all tied to the player I want things to be a bit more chaotic and not have the raised corpses tied to the player.

I'd rather not sue the script extender...
