Modded 32bit Skyrim FREEZE after loading a save.

Hey guys, I have a heavily modded Skyrim, 255 active plug ins.

Latest SKSE, All LOOT organized and TES5 cleaned! (Load order below)

 

I played with NO issues with same character for a year.

Now I start a brand new character and when I save and load

that character the game freezes after 5 seconds. Each time.

 

However I can go back to the first created character and load with no problem.

What could be the cause of this?

 

NOTE: Through experimenting, I've noticed this happens primarily when

importing a preset via char gen.
