Help (Immersive Farm Mod)

Hey there

I was wondering if I could have some help. It's taken me a while to get the Immersive Farm mod installed, but whenever I make a new save file with the Immersive Farm, when I go outside my house the game instantly crashes, and the save file is unusable.

Is anyone able to help me with this?
