Guest0012008
Is there a mod which improves the graphical detail of the game itself? Is there a mod which is used to improve the overall game performance?Up until today I have been playing my career with oblivion default other than the ninja face cowl and ren's guard overhaul. There is so many mods out for oblivion I wanted to ask which is recommended. Player - Character:Class - ThiefBirthsign - AssassinBlack hand robeBlack hoodBlack ninja cowl 0.65ebony blade and Deadra Bow and Arrows The only armor that I like is featured on the game box of "Knights of the nine" (looks great) and "Lost Paladin's of the Divine" (wow) thanks

bben46
Check out the top 100 here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/top.php These are the most popular and usually most stable mods. However, everyone has their own taste in mods. What someone else likes you might not care for at all. If you think of something you would like in your game, do a search on the files and see if it has already been done. With thousands of mods, if it is possible, it has probably been done. Guest0012008
Thank you for the assistance I Just installed the following and the new detail is amazing 1680xx1050 WSBloom Lighting and 4x AA BABUpdated.7zBeautiful Women Mod (Wow) What a difference! Planned companions: Necromancy Clan (Not sure which companions - human only)2 Females in this looks which go great with the two mysterious assassins wearing ninja face masks. The look I am going for two of the fiveCeremonial knifes and wooden bows and silver arrows Myself and one other male compaion DA's "Aragon" in this:Black Hand Robe, Black Hood, Ninja Face Masks, Ebony Blades, and Deadric Bow's and Arrows. An of course no companion look could be complete without a skeleton named "Axel" as the fifth member Necromancy Clan:2 males 2 females1 skeleton or 1 male player - Black Hand Robe, Black Hood, Ninja Face Masks, Ebony Blades, and Deadric Bow's and Arrows.3 Grim reapers all on black horses. My question has to do with installing companions:-Do I first install CM basic 1.4, then the companions, then the 1.6 update, and finally 1.8 updates. If I am using beautiful women mod with all the required 3 texture packs will ren's beauty pack overwrite those textures or are they all compatible to work together? Here is why I ask: Example"Download and install these 2 mods that are not included. REN'S BEAUTY PACK and NEC's CHARACTER EVA****** " If I install ren's do I lose all of the great new textures from beautiful women mod? If they are going to overwrite each other then which is better to use? beautiful women mod or ren's? thanks

Iapetus
For a chance to seamlessly integrate magic into your charecter build, try Supreme Magicka. It overhauls many of the spells, making them much more useful. For instance; Telekinesis goes from a "move and pick up small objects" spell to "pick pockets from afar, open doors, pull levers, and push goblins off of cliffs spell. Menrhunes
Is there a mod which improves the graphical detail of the game itself? Is there a mod which is used to improve the overall game performance? I will propose you to test Qarl's Texture Pack II or III (be careful you must have good graphic card). I think you should take a look at this web site: http://devnull.devakm.googlepages.com/obli...textureoverhaul. Everything is explain about what mods improve the texture. You must test Operation Optimisation and you will see a great difference. BTW some of my favourites mods are:-For the weapons: look at all Adonnay's mod (http://tesnexus.com/modules/members/index.php?id=147033)-For the landscape: All Unique Landscape mods. The Unique Landscape team mad an incredible work http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8688 But like bben46 told you, look at the Top 100 on TESNexus and search. Excuse me for my english. Menrhunes. EDIT: For the weapons look also at the serie called RealSwords (amazing work)
