CTD When Going Through the Mountain Pass South-East of Ivarstead

just like the title says

the place specifically is where the border is in the mod Man Those Borders by GoodfellowGoodspring - Elastic Fantastic

my pc is pretty strong and can run the game with 46-60 FPS so I don't think that it can't handle it

I tried uninstalling the mod and trying it out in an earlier save but still no luck

+ lots of ppl are having problems with the Ivarstead area but none have my problem exactly which is to be expected

pls halp idk what to do

 

edit: realized I uploaded a blank txt :mellow:

edit2: it's not S-East its S-West mb

edit3: I deactivated all my mods and started a new game and tried to go there

still crashing whenever I go anywhere near (but inside using coc is fine) Ivarstead

EDIT4: the cause of the crash is that i cleaned all DLCs at once in SSEEDIT when I was supposed to clean them one at a time

edit5: reinstalling the mods made the problem come back :\

EDIT6: It seems like lowering the game quality from ultra to high makes me able to move a bit more before the CTD happens

if someone has an alternative solution please fill me in
