dubiousintent
You are going to first need to create both the mesh and textures for each. For the meshes you need a modeling program like Blender. For the textures you need a editor like Paint.Net or GIMP. For links to both (and some alternatives) see the "Programs and Tools" section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article. There are also sections on creating "Custom Items" (by adapting existing meshes and textures to your purpose) and "Weapons" in that article. Then you are probably going to want to create "reloading" animations for them as well. Each section has tutorials on "how to" and tips. Mod creation is a long and time consuming process. Be prepared to devote a lot of time to learning the basics. It's best to start small (such as by making minor changes to existing mods) and build up your skills. Good luck. -Dubious- Edited August 20, 2017 by dubiousintent
