INFINITE LOGO AFTER CLICKING NEW GAME

Hey people I have a problem and I was hoping somebody might help me.

 

2 days ago I downloaded and installed Skyrim and there were a lot of errors but I fixed that, after that I decided to install mods. I downloaded Nexus Menager, mods I wanted, I started the game and it crashed after bethesda logo, I fixed that too.

 

After that I started New Game and it worked fine, after 5 mins of playing I decided to go out and play Skyrim later.

 

When I came home I went to start a new game again and after I clicked it there was just infinite dragon logo. I even waited few minutes but nothing happend.

 

I turned off all the mods and plugins but it is still infinite logo. Maybe I didn't deactivate all the mods and missed something but I don't know where is the problem?
