Unselecting Skyrim.esm

Hi all, my name is Wookiee and I like to make "blanks" like this one.

 

Skyrim however, is proving to be not as friendly, firstly you cannot uncheck the skyrim.exe/TESV.exe in the data files (as of the most recent update it is not even visible) I need to do this to load my preliminary blank by itself and generate the warnings/error list text file that tells me all the stuff I need to fix in it, for it to load independently.
