Help with load order?

Hey guys, I was hoping I could get some help with my load order... My game has been crashing quite a bit. I am a complete noob when it comes to these mods, I am surprised I even got as many as I did to work haha... ANyways here it is

 

falloutnv.esm

project nevada - core.esm

electro-city - hihgways and byways.esm

electro-city - completedworkorders.esm

nvr-strip.esm - new vegas restoration

more perks.esm

nskies urwlified.esm

project nevada -cyberware.esp

project nevada -rebalance.esp

nvr-npcs.esp - new vegas restoration

nvr-version_10.esp - new vegas restoration

populatedcasino.esp

more perks update.esp

weaponmodsexpanded.esp

 

 

 

So im not sure whether it is something conflicting or just the build order that is screwing things up, the game crashes completely randomly, not just when I do a specific thing or whatever... Thanks for any help :)
