Xbox 360 Controller on PC Remapping Controls Issue

Okay ever since the recent update my controls have messed up significantly. I just started playing Skyrim again like four days ago, and after the update the controls changed, my issue is I like to switch the activate and jump from A and Y to Y and A. However when I do that it also switches A and Y in the menu for me, so if I want to equip something I have to press Y and to favorite it press A, EVEN though it still says "PRESS Y to Favorite" I have to press A. Also to select anything in the menu I have to use Y instead of A. This ALWAYS happens after a new skyrim update, usually I was able to fix it to revert back the update somehow I don't remember what I used to do, so I need help here desperately.

 

Again, the controls I want for the Xbox controller on PC -is everything default except for the Y and A to be switched for the character controls and thats it. I only want to change character controls not menu controls.

Oh never mind I found a solution. I swear I tried so hard earlier but I don't know. At least I figured it out now.
