Skyrim Crash

Everytime I play skyrim and game autosaves or i save , it crashes.
I tried some mods to fix it but useless for me.

There is a NIF and other assets that are corrupt, this is a database call by the game engine, I would reboot first, try to use Steam the Verify game integrity..... Reinstall if the others fail to fix.
