Have weather mods removed some INI weather variables?

I'm so used to tweaking and associating the INI files with Oblivion because of how much of an impact they have on that game. But i completely forgot about them in Skyrim. I came across mentions of sunglare/size settings. And i thought "oh, wow! That's how i'll fix my issue" ; the issue being i installed a sunglare mod which is nice. But the glare even without the mod was far too large and wide.

I can't seem to find these fSunGlareSize etc. settings in my INI. Has Climates of Tamriel removed them? What's going on?

If you're using CoT, it's the sun and sun glare texture that affects that. Back when I used CoT, I used Realistic Sun for CoT. That may get more of a look you're trying to achieve. Or if you find another sun texture like that's not for CoT, you can rename it so it replaces the CoT textures.
