Setting up Gun Traps

Hello,

 

I pulled some GunTraps out of the warehouse cell and have run into a few problems. First, the dummy gun failing to spawn. This seems to have to do with loading a character inside that cell. Your playtest person must not have been there but that's not the whole story. Sometimes they work but others they do spawn but the dummy gun falls from the holder and won't trigger. I expected checking "Do not Havok" would fix that like hanging a picture on the wall but it seems not to.

 

Any guesses?

The answer is:

Load up in Sanctuary and then COC over to your modded cell.

 

The gun traps from that warehouse use dummy objects. This is really cool and makes them very one size fits all. Except that when you test out dummy objects it seems like my workflow needed to change slightly so that you are always loading a character who hasn't yet seen the cell into a cell that is not your modded cell and then jump over there.
