The Elder Scroll V:Skyrim or Skyrim Legendary Edition

First off I will apologize since english is not my native language so there will be a lot "Broken English". Ok here are a few or my question and problem.I have

 

been playing skyrim since late 2010 on pc ( with mods ). Until 2012 i stop playing this game and went for further studies.And recently I am planning to revisit

 

Skyrim again due to it was a fantastic game . And my friend told me to get the Skyrim Legendary Edition

 

because it comes with more "things" . And I know Skyrim Legendary Edition is not available anymore on Steam because of Skyrim SE is out. I had done some

 

research and I decided to stick with the "Oldrim" because of the 2 most important mods is not ported over to Skyrim SE: The SKSE and SkyUI. So I am a bit

 

confuse

 

now as steam only provide the following to me.I am from asia country therefore I will try to show the convert amount so you guys can understand more

 

perfectly

 

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim : RM 38 / 8.88 US DOLLAR

 

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim-Dragonborn : RM 38 / 8.88 US DOLLAR

But on the other hand.I found Skyrim Legendary Edition is available at other web such as 11th Street, Amazon and etc. For the price of RM 65 / 15.18 US

 

Dollar. And I do not understand the content because it shows like this:

just simply purchase the Skyrim + all 3 DLC from Steam.

 

2)If I buy separately from the steam Skyrim + all DLC. Is the Steam version of Skyrim has all the Skyrim Legendary feature such as "and added features like

 

combat cameras, mounted combat, Legendary difficulty mode for hardcore players, and Legendary skills – enabling you to master every perk and level up

 

your skills infinitely."

 

 

So these are all the things that I am currently concern about . Anyone with experience do kindly advice me . Thanks in advance for reading

1. 'Steam gift' means you will not get a disc. Instead, you will be emailed a code you enter into Steam to download the game.

2. Skyrim Legendary is the same as Skyrim + Dawnguard + Hearthfire + Dragonborn + texture pack + all official patches.

 

Conclusion: get the Legendary Edition to save money.
