Dreadnaughtilus
I'm trying to update some of my mods for Skyrim, and I'm simply getting the "An Error Occurred" message on the Nexus website when trying to download them. I am using Mod Organizer, as opposed to the prebuilt nexus mod manager, for installing mods, but I doubt that's the cause of this.
rezaxs
I'm having the same issue with fallout 4 mods on chrome then I used Firefox and it works. Btw try open the manual download link in another tab that seems to work.
Grimshard
Same thing here. Tried Opera, Chrome, Firefox, and Vivaldi, kept getting the same error. Interestingly enough, when I booted up a Linux VM in VirtualBox and went on Nexus from there, it worked perfectly. I'm having the same issue with fallout 4 mods on chrome then I used Firefox and it works. Btw try open the manual download link in another tab that seems to work. Thanks for that, the new tab thing works brilliantly. I was worried for a second I'd be forced to download all my mods through VirtualBox, so this is great news. EDIT: The new tab workaround doesn't work that great with files that have set dependencies by the author. When you open those in a new tab, there's another button you need to press to confirm the download which can't be opened in a new tab. However, what you can do is, you can right click on the "continue with my download" button and select "inspect." You need to find the part of the code that says "loadbox('xxx')", where the xxx is a URL. If you go to that URL, you'll be able to download the file. http://i.imgur.com/PIFaPZw.png Like so. Hope that helps someone. Edited August 23, 2017 by Grimshard
