ProjectVRD
Now it looks as thought the Nexus Mod Manager is due to get the employee treatment (nice move by the way!) I was hoping there would be consideration for the mods to be checked to ensure there would be no conflicts and possibly even automated Load Ordering to help streamline the process. I have tried using BOSS but I found that a couple of times after installing the exe file just wouldn't appear to launch it, which is wierd and it is a seperate application so perhaps a NMM intergrated process might be more suitable. Anybody think this might be an idea worth exploring? Edited March 1, 2012 by ProjectVRD
MisterPoint
Are you using BOSS in conjunction with wrye bash/smash? I think that is the best way to go about it. Never had any issues when the masterlist is up to date.

I read some documentation on the download page here about BOSS... it didn't mention anything about needing wyre bash/smash. But if it works better with those programs then I suppose having it built in the NMM really would be the better option, why have three different programs for mods when it can all be done automatically in one? I agree... I think it's unlikely that NMM will incorporate that kind of functionality, but you never know... In the meantime, Use NMM to download and install your mods, Use Wrye Bash to install any BAIN files and it also checks your mods for conflicts and you can then streamline them by creating bashed patches, and finally use BOSS to sort your load order, and you have a squeaky data folder. :) Highly recommended. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for NMM to step up.
