QuantumMage65
Today is 08/22/17. For about a week now the NEXUS site has not allowed me to see anything beyond the first page of any kind of MOD listing. When I click the link to go to any page beyond the first page all that shows up is an "E" in the upper-left. The spinning wheel that replaces the search button on the right just keeps spinning no matter how long I wait. I have been running Privacy Badger and HTTPS Everywhere for years and haven't changed any settings recently. I've been using Spectrum broadband wireless without issues for over a year. No changes to my ASUS quad-core, 16GB, nVidia GPU rig which with many tweaks to Skyrim and many mods (128 mods and about 78 pluggins) has been running my Skyrim game perfectly. (Many thanks to all the modders, modding help tutorials and utilities I've found on the NEXUS!! I've finally gotten everything just like I've always wanted, but who can ever resist trying out that simple, one...more...mod....??) So, anyone know whazz-up? Thanks in advance. Dark0ne
An update to HTTPS Everywhere has caused this. You'll need to disable it on Nexus Mods and ensure you're not browsing via HTTPS as the site doesn't currently support it. It will do with the redesign, due out soon. QuantumMage65
Thank you for so promptly responding to my question. And thank you for The NEXUS. I hope you have some idea of how much joy it has brought to so many people around the world.
Tantalus010
If I disable HTTPS Everywhere, then I can no longer sign in to Nexus sites. I enter my password, but the site acts as though I just hit the refresh button. If I re-enable HTTPS Everywhere, I can login again, but then can't download anything. It's a catch-22. I can't use the site either way. Edit: Found a work around. Had to sign out of my Nexus account with HTTPS Everywhere enabled, then disable HTTPS Everywhere, reload the page after taking the 's' out of https in the address bar, and then it would let me log in. I think maybe I confused the Nexus by trying to sign in when it thought I already was.
