aarons6
is there a button to put it back to default? i know you dont actually change anything, you just mark it as changed in your esp.
anb2004
use TesVSnip, open the esp, and just remove/delete the one that you accidently change.

SkjoldBjorn
You can also do this in the creation kit by going to the datalist select your esp and go into details, a list of records will come up, if you use your del button on the cell records you don't want to be included they will be set to ignored and will be set as deleted when you save and open the esp the next time. they will still have records in the esp, but will not be active at all. I do this to everything i change by and accident, and i do it a lot since i visit other cells to look at different setups and maybe copy some of them, then i clean up with tesvsnip when the mod is ready.
